Accessible People

Library Accessibility Survey

North Lanarkshire Libraries is committed to making our services, activities and events accessible and inclusive for everyone. To help us improve, we invite people who identify as disabled or who have a disability, impairment, long-term health condition or other access need to complete this short survey.

The aim of this survey is to gather information and comments on how the events and activities that we run support the wide range of customer needs and how we can improve on this.

the survey is anonymous, but if you would like us to contact you with feedback on survey results or to be kept up to date with service improvements, there is an option for you to add your contact details.

We have created to versions of our online survey. Please complete the survey using the platform you prefer.
